Declined Loan I Specify The Car Loan With Certain Bank, When Bank Declined, Can Dealer Force Me To Purchase The Car?

I specify the car loan with certain bank, when bank declined, can dealer force me to purchase the car? - declined loan

I entered into a contract for the sale of motor vehicles with a car dealership, I was that the loan will my credit union, the contract. If my body refused my loan, "said the dealer I am still committed to buy the car because it conferred a right to my credit with an institution that wishes, provided that the rate have to vote does not exceed the contract. I agree with them, because by law it is illegal to seek an agreement on the numerous car loans. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I am too poor to go over this dispute with the dealer.

Depends on your state, but usually if you have signed the purchase agreement, then do not buy the car. Sales contracts are usually no more than a tool that the conditions are under which you and the Bank agrees that provides participating effectively in a sale. As such, they are almost never a real contract, especially if one of the conditions to be enforced does not meet (credited to your lender). It is likely that the organization is very strong hand in a sale, even if they were rejected by their preferred supplier of credit. Speak with a free legal aid clinic in your area for local legislation, but I think you're good.

In the worst case if they invoke the name of the new creditor and the telephone to the agency, the creditor and tell them you have decided in the bankruptcy, when the contract to go on the sale is executed. Problem solved ...

Just say no and go. Do not talk to him. He can not force you to buy the car. Get real. Walk Away. What will you do? Driving the car home and park> in your driveway?

A rise in interest rates do not have a valid contract. If any of the conditions of the loan could leave you changed. I am a financial manager for 32 years in the automotive sector

In this respect, the next time you buy the car, get the first loan before entering the shop. So they could rely on its bid

If you are obligated to buy the vehicle, if no amendment to the contract. The dealer has the contract and they can sell to those that your lender has the right to sell on the street. Good luck. I have two small car dealers in 6 years.
